What are the stages?

Will the AI make decisions on its own?
Not for important actions such as spending money or contacting customers. Our principle is that people stay in the loop: the AI prepares a draft and someone at your company decides.

Not necessarily. Implementation aims to connect to the tools you already use, such as WhatsApp and spreadsheets.
